One of the fundraisers that we have been doing in support of our efforts is a raffle for the beautiful back painted glass art piece by Eric Lee. This piece was graciously donated to our cause, and is valued for around $2,000.

With the purchase of a $20 raffle ticket, this amazing piece could be yours!

Hire An Optimist

Lawn work, house work, cleaning, painting, gardening, organizing...summer chores can certainly be overwhelming! Luckily for you, the UW-Whitewater Student Optimist Club is willing to help!

One of the many ways the club is working to fund their upcoming service-learning trip to Burkina Faso is through Hire an Optimist, a program in which citizens of Whitewater and the surrounding communities can hire club members to perform chores such as cleaning, painting, yard work, child care, etc. In return, the club requests a tax-deductible donation for the amount of your choice.
